Similar to the Swamp Monster trail the Pretzel Tree trail has storyboards along the way with cartoon pictures and a fun story for kids. This one was a bit more educational and explained about animals that live in the forest and their various roles.  The Pretzel Tree trail is about 1/3 mile in length total and really easy, even for the youngest kids. I knew it would be very easy for my son and he had requested an easy hike day so it sounded perfect. Everything was again super green and mossy as most areas are in the spring in the PNW. We also explored a bit of the Central Peak trail which is also located at Squak Mountain.

Pretzel Tree trail starts at the Squak Mountain trailhead and the signage is obvious.

If you want to continue your adventure even more after that I recommend a trip to the Forest Fairy bakery in Issaquah, about 12 minutes away and a trip to Squak Valley Park to run around even more.
